Repeat Prescriptions:

We have computerised the preparation of repeat prescriptions. On the right hand side of your prescription will be a list of your medications. When you require a repeat prescription please tick the box against the items you require, and to contact us at least 2 working days in advance of when you require your new prescription. Our computer will print out a reminder message indicating when you should make a review appointment. The message will appear at the bottom of the printout on the right hand side. Please contact the Surgery in good time to arrange your review with the Doctor or Nurse. Unfortunately, we have had to discontinue our prescription line but repeat prescriptions can be ordered online via EMIS Access.

Consider the Repeat Dispensing arrangements in which your designated pharmacy stores repeat prescriptions & dispenses them at intervals, ask at the desk for a leaflet.

Non-NHS Medical Examinations:

All the partners carry out private fitness medicals by appointment. These include medicals, HGV licenses, elderly drivers, sporting and pre-employment checks. There is likely to be a charge payable by the patient for some of these examinations.

Complaints:

If you have a complaint or concern about the service received from any of the Doctors or from any other member of staff working in this practice, then please let us know. We operate a practice complaints procedure as part of a NHS system for dealing with complaints. Our system meets National criteria. Full details are available from our Practice Manager.
